On perusal of Enquiry Report furnished by Ld:Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Kandhkot/Enquiry Officer, it appears that conduct of incumbent will not leave good impression on other staff in case he is left unpunished. Ld:Enquiry Officer has recommended that his absence for (65) days be treated as leave without pay as last and final chance he will as minor penlity of incumbent of the Sindh Govt. Servant E&D Rule 1973 be imposed upon him as The Ld: Enquiry Officer has recommended minor penlity hence, there is not necessary to final show cause notice against incumbent.Today i.e.14-12-2021 Official accused appeared and prayed for mercy and further stated on oath that in future he will not repeat same type mistake. Therefore, in view of future of offical accused deem it proper to take leinent view and the minor penlity censure imposed upon the incumbent. Further it is orderd that his absence period for 65 days is treated as leave without pay according to law. |
